A tech friend helped get it this far. We will upload the entire site later today and see if that does the trick. Thanks.
Laurie, you're not doing anything weird like uploading from a Preview area instead of properly Exporting to a local folder and then FTPing from there for the entire site?
has your tech friend deleted the index_htm_files folder?
Upload your design file and I'm sure a TGer will publish it to prove it is the fault or where you are loading to.

One thing I should point out. Xara is not an HTML editor. It is a WYSIWYG application.
If you use the internal FTP module, and provided you are publishing to the folder or sub-folder specified by your web hosting company, your site should publish fine. BUT, publish the whole site. Either using Xara's FTP utility (Publish) or by publishing your website to a folder on your computer and then uploading the entire contents of the folder via an FTP utility to your web host. And again, to the folder or sub-folder specified.
It's up and running again, after uploading the entire site. Guess that's what we need to do every time, even if only updating one or a few pages. Thanks for the advice!
Looks great. :)
