I am in Los Angeles. Back when we did the first one there was a web site that allowed people to set up groups and everyone could add their location. I could not remember what it was called and, of course, I can't find it now. It would be easier that one person having to do it all.

actually that will only tell you where the DNS servers that your service is currently using are - which could be a distance from where you are - and lets not even go into the use of proxy servers which could be anywhere, or the fact that you do not have to use the DNS servers that your ISP uses by default, you can change them if you know how....
