...doing things like this.
Thank ya'll for your gracious comments!
I'll see if I can give a mini-tut.
Dale, (ha), it's 'gimmerish' in the sense that
when you look at it at some distance it looks great..but when you see Close-Up..yuk,it's gimmerish. Also,is the fact that I working with
a digpen, I don't worry if lines etc.are tweaky
clean. The hair looks like a plate of 'pasta'.
....buuuuut it sure is fun!
Sad news about the floods...let's count our Blessings!
..having a cool one, today..

...Not too slick, but I think it will give an
idea of what / how it was done.
I'll get a hair mini-tut (not 'haircut) soon.
CYA'll..

..Here is a simple Hair mini-tut.
Doing this type of illustrating with this
fabulous XARA X is truly very satisfying!
Yeah, I've done this kind of work with my
air-brush, pens & brushes, but with Xara
it is very exciting in that you can 'change'
an effect instantly. With air-brushing or
watercolor etc. you have to really Visualize
it before you do it.
Enjoy, all...
