Nice work, Albacore. I really like this one.
I find it funny that John really liked the ripple effect on the water, but I don't think it seems to fit. Somehow it doesn't appear to be consistent with the rest of the drawing. But, hey, I'm an accountant... so what would I know?

I too like the ripple on the water, it rather gives me the feeling that I'm standing at the shore.
So that is what Gloamin means I always thought it must mean a kind of place, like a hill or a moor.

I was not sure about the reflection in the water. Tried all the trans. at different levels and I felt at the time the reflection should have a smudged copy of the sky. What I mean by that is taking a clone of the hills and sky making slightly larger and then feathering it back down to fit.
