web designer premium 17 - insert an email contact form
Hello. web designer premium 17.
I want to insert an email contact form on my site.
I have always used jotform.
Now I want to use a form like this: https://xaratemplates.com/own-contact-form-using-php/
The form must have some obligatory fields.
The form must have a field with the name "data processing" and with the value "I accept"
(usually this is a checkbox or a radio)
How can I do?

Xara Templates is an independent company. But there is a Help button on their site with an email link at the bottom. You can ask Michel this question. Or remove the spaces and go here michal @ xaratemplates.com

Xara seems to ignore this important feature that is non existing in their programs. I and including thousands of others have asked the same question. To be honest with you, I have not seen any other web developing program that does not have some sort of form builder however simple it may be. I nor my clients want to pay the high fees for jotform. The link below is the only useful one that I came across for the people who do not know coding.

The xara desktop Applications (XDA) are static sites delivering HTML with CSS and JavaScript and are fully rendered from the client without the need of a server.
clearly most websites have to be server and the XDA readily handle this with the same exported files.
Any email contact form requires a backend with server code to handle the inputted data. This typically requires a server programming language like PHP.
Not every hosting service provides PHP so many get round this through the use of third-party widgets, including Xara.
Xara offers / suggests a few such, including JotForm.
Any XDA developer is in the position to use these, source others or even build their own.
Home-grown is problematic as it obviously requires some coding skill; look at https://www.easyphpcontactform.com.
A wider search.
