I have tried several times to put some pics on my pages. I just import pictures. Then I optimalize them and publish the website. Never any problems until now. The pics don't show after uploading.

Can you give a link? And have you tried refreshing the page in the browser? (Ctrl + F5)
Welcome Wiz, can you also say how you're publishing the site, via Xara's built in ftp or via filezilla or similar?
