Has anyone else noticed the lack of times on the Posts? This makes it very difficult for me to determine which threads I've already read and which I haven't. The little yellow light bulbs haven't functioned correctly for quite awhile, so I was dependent upon the time stamps.
Thought I'd bring it up in a post, as I can't find a way to contact the webmaster.

How much detail in the time stamp do you need?
Are you logged in when the yellow lights aren't working for you?
Where do you need the time stamp? The main forum index page shows the most recent post by date and time for each category (to the right of the forum name), and each post has a stamp (yours for instance read "posted 05-09-01").
Is there somewhere else that a stamp is needed?

Soquili
I just spotted the same thing.
I re-edited a posted message in the CorelDRAW conference, and it does not show a time stamp just a single period, it normally shows the time if you edit the message after it has been posted for a minute or two.
I hope this is not a symptom of something more serious.

I just noticed your home town, I grew up in Pinner, my parents still live there.

Hi Thomas,
In the main forum index, we did have the date and the time of the most recent post for each thread. Right now there is only a date, no time of any sort. If the time of the most recent post was still there, that would be great.
The yellow lights haven't functioned as an indicator of new post since last log on for several weeks. Logging on is automatic on my Home computer and I log on from my work computer when I first come to the forums. I know using two different computers will cause some difference, however logging on using the same computer still will indicate posts as being new since my last log on; even when the last post in a thread was hours before my previous log on time.
Thanks for responding so quickly.

I've always found the time stamps indispensable (like Soquili, I log in from more than one computer) and the light bulbs totally unreliable. Please can we have them back?

Dear Admins of this Forum,
the best you can do is to make the light bulbs actually work flawlessly. With working light bulbs we wouldn't need time stamps.
Problem with the light bulbs in Netscape 4.7x, MSIE 5.5, Opera 5.2 (in both modes - MSIE and Netscape mode).
Thanks a lot!

With Opera 5.2 I can't upload a file, andwhen a reply becomes too long, it is simply cut off.
MSIE showed yellow light bulbs only when you didn't empty the TempIntFiles folder.

Thomas, until today on the index for the forum and on individual posts it gave the date, and the time of day for the post.
The time of day is now missing. And I miss it!
