Ctrl+Alt+E Hotkey

What is the purpose of the Ctrl+Alt+E Hotkey as pressed when not using the Text Tool?
This opens a File Properties Dialog and if you are rash it will rip through a folder of design files and alters the Modified Date; I do not know what parameters are needed and what is actually going on.

It is all very well keeping such items available for diagnostics but they should be parked in a Developer Mode and not allows to run free.
At a minimum, it should not have a Hotkey; your developers could Load a Hotkey file and work from that saving customer angst.

If needed for end-user diagnostics, supply the requisite Hotkey Load file with instructions to save off their current set-up and its restoration or $MetaDataDlg utility as neither Alt-U-H nor Ctrl+Alt+E work in XWD(P).
