after xxx hundred edits (redesign) to main site, what is best way make mobile

used a template that had both variants to get started
after 1st hour - mobile was ok
then UBER edits to main variant
and now mobile looks, well, awful
was thinking of deleting all (in mobile)
and then, make all in main BE in ALL variants
good idea or dumb???
please advise the best way to so this
(yes - I know mobile need some editing )

Remove the Variant(s) - don't try to delete a page as it will delete the Main page too. [Utilities > Website variants > (pick one) > Delete button]

Add the Variant back in and retune the Object on each page.
