I think it needs a bit more depth but I would like to see it blown out and printed, my printer is stuffed more lines than pixels. I am looking into the epson that Risto mentioned. No Gary I didn't start with a photo just layers of vector flower like images but I took it a little bit further and finished with a photo I took of some dying poppies and blended with a transparency over part of this original image here it is. It has given me a lot of ideas I can do with this sort of watercolor looking drawing and then real photos blended in this way. I have been busy today taking pictures of nature. It is very warm here today...take care Roger

Very nice flowers. It really looks like a watercolor.
....mazing and I love the colours. My watercolours (for real) tend towards muddiness!

Amazing is right, the effect is very 'watercolor'. and like Penny, my watercolors are very muddy, so I switched to acrylic and airbrush!!! Much happier!!
Thanks for sharing Tao!!

... looking image Tao. All your creations would make for some very attractive prints.
It can be tricky to get a good print out of a home/office printer using files with saturated colours. Hopefully the new Epson can do a better job than a standard printer with 4 colours.
Egg mentioned that he sometimes has work done in a photolab that can print from bitmap files. I have tried it, and they reproduce saturated images really well. I haven't found one around where I live that can work with high resolution files but you could be luckier than I am.
Going the photo route is definately more affordable than a hexachrome/iris print...
Good luck!
