Widgit edit doesn't provide for # of rows
The photo gallery widget only allows 2 rows of thumbnails, putting following images on other pages with a selection bar << < 2 2 3 > >>.
How do I increase the number of rows of thumbnails?
I did search, but didn't find a previous inquiry.

You can add photos to the Gallery (3 col) or (5 col) Widgets and these will grow down.
Why bother with a Xara photo gallery when you can make your own?
Design a frame, say 4pt white border and a wall shadow.
Change the Fill to Bitmap and select an image from the Bitmap gallery.
In Web Properties > Image, tick the Pop-up photo option and tweak to your choice.
Clone and change the images as much as you like, align them, soft-group them...

Why? For quick and efficient. I have done as you suggest in another editor, but hoped to save time. Shouldn't a plug-in do that?
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it when I get can.

Widgets are a lazy approach to a design as you are constrained by the widget's interface and presentation.
Rolling your own gives far more flexibility and control.

The more I thought about it, the more I came around to your way of thinking. Starting "your" gallery, now. Thanks, much. :)
