Content Catalog Empty/Hanging?
Hello,
Not sure how long this has been happening or if it's since the latest patch, but my content catalog is completely empty. I don't think it's hanging; I can close the window, but nothing appears there. I tried restarting, but not reinstalling as I'd rather avoid that if possible. Internet connection and valid subscription. Anybody else experiencing the same?

Hey Egg! No, This is just clicking on Insert|From Content Content Catalog... I get nada. Just a blank content catalogue window.

Very odd. I've just checked and the catolog is present & correct. I suggest you contact support, it may be something to do with your firewall or AV etc.

Hi Ed, if you can submit a ticket via the support system and let me know the ticket id I'll try to follow it up in there. As Egg suggested, firewall / antivirus issues may be the cause.
