Having problems activating X11 Pro

I've been a Xara user for years, never had this problem. Just purchased X11, downloaded, installed and got to the usual activation dialog. I provided my info, was then presented with the register dialog (asking for website username and password) and I can't get beyond this point. It crashes every time I try to complete the activation process. I have thus far:

- Tried uninstalling, reinstalling
- Running as administrator
- Hitting the close button on the dialog asking for website login

This is the x64 version. Anyone else have this problem or any tips? :confused:

Finally got it :)

I had to uninstall everything, install the timed trial, run the timed trial and activate while the program was active. It still threw me an error message, but it seems to have been activated.
