Xara Server Error (EXTCRS2)
Dear Xara,
Can you please explain this error message?
I'm running Xara Designer Pro X11 (64 bit) an upgrade from Xara Designer Pro X10. At the moment, I no access to the design gallery, or ANY online service, and both X11 loads fine, but X10 asks me to to register my software again before I can it. That, coupled with the server error (EXTCRS2) means I am not able to use my software(s) as needed.

Aren't on-line resources wonderful?
I suspect the error will clear up once the server is reset.

I suspect you're right. I simply find it very frustrating when I have I have multiple design projects that need me and I'm prevented from working on them due to a server error.

Yep. I do not like on-line content either for this very reason.
Once it is rectified, isn't there a content download option still in the help menu? If so, when there is time you can download and install content.

I agree. I recently updated from x10 to X11, literally the day before yesterday. Upgrading to 11, seems to have locked X10 as it now requires me to register my software again. However, with the server being down, this is simply not possible. As a direct result, I am currently locked out of my legally acquired software.
Saying I'm upset about this is really not a fair statement.

Same here no access for 27 hours. Waiting to get back to work.
