There are somewhere with all the "trick .xar files" (immobilize sections; Lock layers, etc..scrolers, etc))

Look in Help > (your product) > Contents.

Press F1 or Help in any menu to get help with that specific function.

I mean I file as attachment ..

allowing immobilize sections; put "social networks outside l page
