You could try using Google docs and 'pull' from there?

The simplest way I have done this is to load a text file to a share in DropBox.
I then use the Embed a website widget using the Public URL DropBox provides.
It is actually better to make the file an HTML one and use a simple HTML text editor to keep the formatting tight.

Hi Acorn - that is a really neat solution.
I am having one problem trying to use it though, when I run the embed a website widget i get a warning message on the placeholder saying 'this content cannot be displayed', depending on the browser I use, if I click on 'open this content in a new window' I can see the content of the file.
Is it something to do with the https nature of the link perhaps?

Can you supply the link? I assume the Xara site is not https?
