Sorry if there is any cross posting here as I’m new to the forum. I’ve just downloaded the 7.1 patch for Painter for Mac OS X. I had no problems installing the update on my G4 OS 9.2 system but under Mac OS X (10.1.3) the installer fails to update. An error message appears ‘An Error prevented the update from completing’ then the installer stops. I’m currently writing a Painter 7 masterclass for MacUser and running up to a tight deadline here. Anyone experienced the same problems? Cheers Nick
