It is quite easy to do this.
Go to http://www.sbox.ws/
Register
Make any changes to your shout box look and feel that you want
Press the Generate Code button
Copy the code (Ctrl+C)
Open your XWD6 file to the page you want it on and paste (Ctrl+V)
Make adjustments as desired and there you go.
This works the same as any other widget.
I hope that helps. by the way when I did this the placeholder that it created was extremely wide, try reducing it to something like 190 pix.

You can find non-English versions by filling in the correct country extension. For example I found the German version of shoutbox by going to http://www.shoutbox.de
