Installing video

I appoligise before hand as I do not really know where to post this, but can I install video files into xara? I'm using one of the supplied templates. Something like mpeg files etc

Web Designer 6 has automatic player and placeholder creation when you import or drag'n'drop an .MP4 or .FLV video file.
The files are automatically saved to a resource folder ready for publishing.

Thanks Sledger, one of my mpeg files didnt work which made me wonder. The other mpeg files work fine. Thanks for all the help ;)

Codec dependant containers.
h.264 encoded videos are generally always accepted.
