WD6 index_html_files redirect option.

It would be really helpful if the location of all secondary files (presently stored in the index_html_files folder) could be redirected by the user.

For example: I would like to build an eBook using WD6, but my eBook compiler of choice can not compile folders into the finished "exe" file. With my eBook compiler, all of the files must be stored in the "root" directory.

A number of eBook compilers have this same restriction. Few eBook compilers allow folders and some of them need the folder named "images".
