how can I get the same precise needle rotation?

I'm looking at webdesigner gallery and there is a needle clock that turns 360°,I'm trying ton get the same result by myself and I can't, my needle's centers moves and I cant mantain it in center.
I tried in web designer and extreme without luck.

I've got it,
The object's name has to be rotate + hand.

Actually Javier, it needs to be " rotate+#hand" (as seen in the sample file)

I'm not a great animator Javier, I only looked at how it was done in the demo file.
rotate + hand didn't work for me, but rotate + #hand (as used in the demo file) does.

Did rotate + hand work for you?
