How do you change the page colour?
I am sure that there is a simple way of doing this but as I can't seem to select the page just how do I change the colour. I know that I can put a rectangle over it and colour that but that seems like a sledgehammer to crack a peanut approach. The much quoted HELP section seems to be completely silent on this.

Easy when you know how ;)
Re: How do you change the page colour?
Thanks a lot Sledger. Why could I not find that in the HELP????
You guys do a great job of helping us newbies. I think I would have chucked XWD had it not been for the help I have received from this forum.
Keep up the good work!!

It's in the WD Help file under Page Background Color :)

Remember, we were all 'newbies' once (and I can still learn a lot from new comers who find things that I've missed :o)
Re: How do you change the page colour?
Thanks Sledger,
There is probably a lot of things in the Help if only we newbies actually knew exactly what we were looking for.
Thanks to your last email I suddenly discovered how to put a bitmap onto a page - Great!! But how do I stop it repeating across the screen when viewed in a browser? Do I simply have to put a retangle object on the blank page and fill that with the bitmap or is there a more sophisticated way?
many thanks,
Peter

Download and instal tweakset from here: http://www.talkgraphics.com/showthread.php?t=37550
Read tweakset manual. There are tweaks that conrol bakground bitmap repeating precisely any way you want.
