Please help anyone!

I have messed around with Xara3d and Xtreme but I cant get a hold of them both.

1. With Xara3d, what kind of image do i need to make it rotate, I know on how to rotate it but is it a jpeg,bmp,gif?
2. I am trying to make my own website logo but the image is too large for the page, I cant reduce it (width and depth)
3. Is there any more sample files as ie. BP3 Logo-2-WMHP.X3D in which i found in one of the posts with words round the edges, but I dont know on how to modify the outer words?

Please could anyone give more help on any of these.

As to no.2 I have tried the online image reducers as Gifworks,online image editor etc.
