how to make a snow effect in the lower part of the image??

guys i wanted to make christmas effect santa claus coming and stuff so how do i create that:cool:

My suggestion would be to use Google and search for PS Snow tutorials

I would get the pic that you want and download some winter brushes, adobe has a few for free, and brush up all the parts that you want with diferent sizes/colors, will get some nice snowy effect!:D

You might try Mezzoforce Snow 2 (freeware) .
