Lingering Guideline Issues?
Having searched and read all related topics to no avail.
When I right click the red guideline ( see pic below) I get the choice window shown.
When I try to grab it and move it creates a red outlined box.
I've un-installed and re-installed XX software 3 times and no CHANGE in behavior. I'm open to not understanding a possible cchanged behavior.
Gary P. mentioned that clicking on the ruler bar(s) you can re-position the rulers.
My desire is to move it (guideline) by the mouse and align, rather than trying to figure out the math to do the same thing.
HELP!

Re: Lingering Guideline Issues?
If you want to adjust the position of the guideline, don't right click on it. All you have to do is place your mouse cursor over it, hold down the left mouse button and drag.

That sounds like the problem where you just can't move the guidelines because you have invalid snap radii. Choose Utilities > Options > Mouse then put in numbers in the point and line boxes at the bottom, i.e. 2pix.

Your'e a genius!!!
The settings in Mouse are new to me but that fixed the problem.
Hope this helps others as well!
Q. - What situations would cause those mouse values to get changed - I wonder?
Thanks Again.....
