I couldn't resist to try it !!! It's so amazing to animate brushes but such a pity animated gifs are so heavy !!!
Here I have used three brushes superposed with a little vertical interval.
I didn't move or stretch the lines.
I only move laterally internal points of them but their end points remain at their location.
The lines on which the brushes are applied are made of regular waves.
The waves lengths (differing for each brush) are regular subdivisions of the window width.
The nudge size is a fraction of the smaller waves.
Frame number is the window width divided by the nudge size minus one.
And as you know, I love colors and transparencies in XaraX !!!
Enjoy,
ivan

Wonderful Ivan. I anticipate that those with slow internet connections will find the download time acceptable. The yummy animation will make it all worthwhile.
Regarding the kind of brush-based animations you've been generating lately: I wonder if the technique could be adapted to Flash animations? Perhaps in Flash, the file size could be kept under control yet allowing full screen animation.
