The upgrade is free for people with v1.1 licenses.
There are also some plugins which can be downloaded.
I am attaching a ZIP file of an animation plugin they sent me.
The following applies (quoted from their tech support):
"RHINO ANIMATION SCRIPT
We have a pre-release script system for Rhino 2.0 Beta that will create the
frames for your animation. You will need a program like Animation Shop
(comes with PaintShopPro from www.jasc.com) to put the frames together into
an AVI.
And here are some sketchy instructions:
To use this animation toolbar:
1) Unzip the attached file animation.zip
into your Rhino\Scripts folder.
2) Start Rhino
3) Run the Toolbar command
4) In the Toolbar dialog box, Click File->Open
5) Open the Animation.ws file in your Scripts folder.
6) Set up your view and render settings (resolution, etc.)
Use the Animation toolbar to initiate animation.
7) Run an animation."
