Is it possible to open a page with the navigation bar using a script like this ?

i believe that the proper syntax is
a href="link" ONCLICK="window.open('http://www.mysite.com,'miniwin','toolbar=0,location=0,dir ectories=0,status=0,menubar=0,scrollbars=1,resizab le=0,width=550,height=250,left=10,top=10')"
