Hey all!
Just a quick question, who knows what folder XDP16 puts the saved profiles for web publishing in?
I just got a new pc and needless to say, If I can copy and paste that file it would help tremendously, otherwise I have to manually (again) put in
the ftp details of about 25 websites.
So I checked in the appdata...nothing, under users in C: empty and
under the installation files there's so many I don't know where to start.

Yeah, let us know when you find out. I have a feeling it is somewhere pretty secure.
They are saved within the registry (Start > Run > regedit) under:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Xara\XtremePro x64\16\Options\FTPprofiles
XtremePro x64 being Designer Pro, and 16 being the version number. Please remember to close Xara down before making any changes within the registry.

Oh boy.....that would mean searching for an old registry copy.
Old pc is not here anymore.
Sadly, the adding of the old registry copy did nothing.
a) Did you have Xara open? If so and you closed it, this will overwrite your entries and won't work. You need to have Xara closed before making any changes at all.
b) How are you copying them over? If you don't have any custom ftp profiles to start with this key won't be present in your registry. Easiest way to move them over is to right-click on the FTPprofiles folder > Export then save it to your desktop or something and copy that .reg file over to your new PC. After, just run it and it should import the new entries (again, Xara must be closed).
If you are moving it over to a new version, right-click on the file > Edit with notepad and simply change the 15 to a 16 (or whatever version you are using), then save and run it.
