Facebook question - it's a long shot!
This is a long shot and it's more to do with Apple devices - iPhone, iPad.
I don't think this option existed on Android.
I don't do this but a very good friend streams Live Video on Facebook.
There used to be an option that allowed you to Flip the screen. So that text could be shown the correct way round.
(I've attached an image that shows this option)
Does anyone know if there's any way, now, to be able to do this?
The way it was done was by clicking on a 'Wand' icon. Then clicking on the 'Tool' icon (shown). Then you could flip the screen.

Re: Facebook question - it's a long shot!
Do you mean rotate so you could see the screen in landscape mode? Or Mirror the screen content?
There is a screen mirroring option but I am not really sure what it does.
Re: Facebook question - it's a long shot!
I just looked up mirroring. It's more like syncing info for several Apple devices. Sorry.

Rik, as an aside, does your friend realise there'll be a new UK Law soon to protect animals with a backbone? In Facebook's case, he'll be able to 'steam' away for a long time.

OOPS!
Typo corrected.
But, do you know if there a cure for it?!

It "mirrors" the content of the screen on your Apple device to another Apple compatible device.
For example, if I watch a video on my iPad/iPhone/Macbook I can mirror that video fullscreen on my Samsung TV and watch it there on a big screen.
When our family came around (remember those days?) and they had pictures on their phone they wanted to show, instead of passing the phone around they'd just mirror their device to our TV.
Before Samsung could do this I had an Apple TV media device plugged into the TV and used to do it that way.
it works great.

Yeah, I noted that in my followup post after I looked it up.

I didn't equate mirroring the screen as being "It's more like syncing info for several Apple devices.".
No matter, everyone knows what it is now!
Re: Facebook question - it's a long shot!
The option is back. Many people complained, I think.
So they've re-instated the option.
Do carry on with your conversations, though.
