Trial version asking for immediate registration
I just installed the latest version of XWDP and when I went to run it in trial mode it says I must register it first, even though on the website it says I can use for 7 days without registering. Has Magix changed their policy on trial downloads? Any ideas on how to circumvent registration at this time and run the program?

Re: Trial version asking for immediate registration
Only guessing, perhaps you trialled XWDP earlier and your Registry have this flagged so it & Magix thinks you have used up your 7 days.
Download XDPX instead and trial that. If all what you want check the functions you are after are in XWDP too and Update/Buy that.

Re: Trial version asking for immediate registration
That would be my guess too, you can find out for sure by logging in magic/support/my products.

Thanks Acorn. I don't recall installing a trial recently, maybe for an older version years ago? I will try your suggestion. Just to be clear, XDPX is Xara Designer Pro X, correct? Not being familiar with that program, I assume that XWDP is included with it?

Yes, that is correct on both point.
Clearly XDPX is more expensive and extensive. It outputs .XAR files that XWDP understands and will resave as .WEB.
