How to import only drawn part from a drawing in Corel Draw

How to import only drawn part from a drawing in Corel Draw.

To expand on what iamtheblues says what version of Corel dRaw?..I just select the group ( if it is a group) and copy...In Designer Pro 11 I just paste and choose Corel as the source...
