Using WEB Designer 11 Premium. Is there a way to put a line border around a picture or object I do not want to use a bevel.
Yes. Select the photo or object then right click on any color on the screen palette of colors.
Change the width of the outline on the Infobar > Set Line Width and edit the color in the Color Editor (Ctrl + e)
Go a step further, create a rectangle the same size, grow it 10%, put behind, centre, soft-group and colour and tweak to what you want.
Or
Put a Glow Shadow on the image, remove the blur and transparency. and again colour.
Or
Clone the image, grow by 20%, put behind, add a Contone Light Colour, flip and apply a high count Blend.
Or
Apply a small Feather then go 3D to form a picture frame.

Or
Clone the image. Use the Fill tool to set to Flat fill. It defaults to Black. Set it to white & Ctrl+Shift+B to send it behind the photo. Give it a 'x' pixel 'inset path' contour. Select both / Soft-group.
Or apply a Contour. Though this can add a few steps. Adding an Outline is still the simplest and most direct. And if needs be the outline can be on a duplicate shape, converted to shape and any sort of fill applied.
Gary That's just what I wanted, many thanks. I could not have asked for more solutions. How do other see that I have solved the problem without replying to each individually.
