Say I have a 10 frame flash animation. I want, let's say, frame 6 to pause for 2 seconds. What's the command for this in Xara?
If it were frame 6 how would it read: rename frame 6 to what?

Ron,
I'm no expert with Xtreme flash, but double-click frame 6 and set local delay to 'display this frame for' 2.0 seconds should do it?
Here's the flash file. I can't seem to get your suggestion to work. I'm probably not doing it right.
Hi Ron,
To create a 'pause' you will need to insert a blank (i.e. with no tweened objects) frame with a delay of say 2 seconds. Such a frame would would not really 'pause' your animation, it would simply stop it. The next frame would have to be a duplicate of the last 'tweened' frame (frame 6) with a delay time of 2 seconds. The original tweened frame (frame 6) would now have a delay time of 0 seconds.) Zero seconds, as this frame is now only for completing the tween of the frame that came immediately before it i.e. it is an ending frame. [Frame 6-b] is a start/ end frame. Your original frame 6 was a start/ end frame.
I hope I haven't made this seem too complicated.
I have added or changed these 3 frames:
Frame 6
Frame pause
Frame 6-b
Thanks Salaam and Steve.
I discovered a way of achieving what I wanted. I've attached the flash file.
