I recently discovered a free image browser called Ginipic that lets you search multiple image collections simultaneously. Another nice feature is that you can click and drag the image directly into Xtreme, rather than having to either save or copy the image first. It requires the NET framework to run it. It doesn't have the option to search for images by file size, but that's not so bad.
