Not sure about a scrolling menu, but you can create a single button menu that has a drop down with the menu options underneath. Is this what you have in mind?

Tap the menu button and a sub menu drops down?

sorry I should have been more precise, hopefully this will help it is like if you have to choose a date, there is a menu that show up and you have to scroll down or up for the date and month. Hopefully this help

Once you have captured the date, what did you intend to use it for?
