XDPX - Getting to Discover your Hot Keys
XDPX has a utility that you can invoke with Utilities > Customise key shortcuts (Alt-U-H).
Using it is tedious as you may have an ideal Hotkey but it is already in use.
What I do.
Open the utility.
Against the first empty option, which should be (No style), input you new Hotkey.
If there is a clash then select the current option(s) in the Clashes box and click the Edit clash button.
The point of doing this is not to change it but to read its Description in the Ket shortcut pane.
If you think you will never need this Hotkey to do that function then go ahead and clear it or even change it to something else.
Go back and remove the (No style) Hotkey.
If you go about it this way, it saves a lot of scrolling about.
Remember to save off all your changes as Xara will revert to the default on re-install or when a new version is installed.
@Xara - The utility is only really useful if Xara actually described all of the listed functions and not just have sloppy stuff like:" Add Text Inside - Command: Add Text Inside -".

Re: XDPX - Getting to Discover your Hot Keys
the utility is useful for assigning hotkey to things that don't have one by default eg break shapes
it can be useful for setting hotkeys up that are easy to type in sequence for opertions that are used in sequence
FWIW - there are plenty of hotkeys that i can clear - just about anything to do with website creation ;)

Precisely why this utility is in a backwater of its own; it is nigh on impossible to map out something sensible if you don't know what you have or realise you have invoke a Hotkey accidentally.
