Duplicating a hard drop shadow
I’m trying to duplicate a hard drop shadow “open their eyes”. I’ve included the jpeg. The effect I’d like to duplicate is top line. I’ve played with drop shadow quite a bit but can’t quite get there. I’m thinking this is just a clone of the text, but in black, placed behind the white text. This effect will be used a lot on my pages. I’m hoping there’s a function of shadow rather than messing with a clone. Any ideas?
Many thanks

Re: Duplicating a hard drop shadow
clone is how I would do it - wall shadow will aproximate, but there will be differences
Re: Duplicating a hard drop shadow
Make the text the color you want the drop shadow, then clone the text, change the color to while and offset it up and left. If you add some transparency to the shadow so the background shows though a small amount it will look better.
If you use the Wall Shadow method, you can adjust the Shadow Blur and Shadow Transparency downwards to make the shadow darker and less diffused.
