Bump Up Hover Effecct

I have 4 boxes that I'm putting on a webpage that I would love to implement a bump-up or bounce up effect when you hover over each one. I found a code online, however, I can't get it to work as the instructions are over my head. Beginner CSS tutorials never look like anything I upload from XARA so it's hard for me to follow. Can anyone help me with this at all? An example of what I was wanting is found here

You can do this with Web Animation.

Right click on the object and select Web Animation. And then select from any of the Mouse Over Effects.

Here's a sample. Download and open in Web Designer or Designer Pro 365. Preview the page and mouse over the images.
