and watch the video 'intuos4 accessories' linked on the right hand side it will give you a quick run down

basically the tip/nib options are all about 'feel'

they are not intended to be 'application - specific', at least that is my understanding of it

What about the ink pen sketching on paper over the tablet into the computer

the inking pen is the same, except you can use a wacom ink cartridge in the pen so that it draws on the paper and the screen at the same time...
