For my particular uses, PhotoImpact has had a pretty decent user definable cloud filter for years already ( not that I ever use the durn thing http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif ), and... coupled with PI's 3D Z Merge, and, other image/grafx editing prowress all for the same price as this app, guess which one I would choose http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
however, this said I must admit that in thier gallery the pic of the shark does look much better enhanced... so maybe not for cloud fx but rather for water may be this apps bigger strength for any use I would ever have... http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

Verdant is another Photoshop/ Photoshop-compatible plugin, but this one does a fairly credible assortment of trees. The weeping willow is a verdant creation, and IMO it blends nicely with the photograph of shrubs and trees.
I'd like to point out that Digital element plugins are actual little 3D programs for the Mac and Windows, that simply use an image editing program for the rendering engine.
