White space on one page of mobile variant
Someone who can read code better than I can solve this one.
I've got white space below the footer on a very simple page.
link https://www.larrykrause.ca/gallery.htm Squeeze down the browser and you'll see it.
All pages in the site are different lengths. Nothing locked other than pasteboard and page background.
Auto fit all pages is off.
Thanks

Bill, all you are seeing is the space below any page whre the content is not as tall as the browser.
All you need to is add a Pasteboard colour, other than white, to make it look planned.

Or you could use a footer on each page which would look nice and add an ending to the pages.
Examples >>> website footer - Bing images <<<

Actually this is such a simple site I might be changing to a one pager.
I’m still having trouble with the white space. I’m understanding @acorn, but the white space is not showing on other pages. My blue line at the end of the page is where it should be. I’ll include a screen shot of the works.
I have a feeling the gallery widget is shoving the page down.
Thanks for the samples @chrism

Bill, the other pages do 'white space' if you reduced the browser scale enough that the vertical scrollbar disappears.
A quicker "fix" is to make that one page longer than a typical screen's height.
As it is the phone view, get rid of the gallery and just vertically stack the same images - cleaner and more suited to a phone user's way of viewing.
You have too many images for a one-pager, especially throwing a Variant into the mix.

Thanks Acorn. I’m dumping the gallery in phone view. It really didn’t make sense to me actually either. Thanks for noting that. I’ll just make the page longer.
Phone variants are the bane of my existence, but tablets and phone viewers are here to stay.
I’m starting to design for phone variant first, then expanding to the larger format second.

Bill, nowadays i am agreeing with that approach as you are then delivering what is important; the bigger it is, the brasher it becomes.
