the xara website account for pro+ users is pityful
not only do you not have a time line; you cannot even change/renew/cancel your payment method

Bill, it's a bit convuluted but go to https://cloud.xara.com/ Log In / Then click the Profile icon top right. Mines a blue circle with an E inside. Then click your current team (Retiring here) then Manage Team / Then Subscriptions from the left hand menu / Then View Details / Then Billing History.
This finally gives you the date you purchased Xara Pro +

My route:
- Log In
- Top left > Team Name > Manage team
- Subscriptions > View Details --> Pop-up
- Xara Manage Subscriptions > Billing History > Download
- Open PDF Invoice > Billing Period
It is work clicking around as you find your Payment Method and Card Renewal.
