If I am understanding you correctly, there are many software pkgs, able to do what you're asking.
Basically, it's a matter of selecting a pre-defined area (on this case, a "head"), copying
that selecton and then pasting the selection onto
the photo you wish to change.
Using Paint Shop Pro, you can see this process
done step-by-step in the image attached.

The "technique" shown above is very simplified and
just one means of doing what you're after.
Image 1 shows your 2 pictures; say you want Jed
Clampett's face on Arnold's body. Image 2 shows
the selection tool I used in Paint Shop Pro.
Image 3 shows the face area I "selected" (drew
around) and copied. Image 4 shows the same face
image pasted onto the "Arnold" image. Last, Image
5 is the result of some "cleaning up" done to
Image 4.
I hope this helps somewhat.
The link below has hundreds of Paint Shop
Pro tutorials for you to explore.

I just wonder why you ask the same question in the Photoshop, Corel and Paintshop forum?
How many programs DO you have? http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Hi, Neoseeker. Now you're asking about a
technique or tutorial to achieve the latest
image you've added. Again, there are many ways
to do this and many software programs can do
this. I will assume you have Paint Shop Pro 7.
Think about what you want and how to achieve
this -- berrys reflected onto a glass surface.
The "reflection" is basically a copy of the top
image, just a little bit lighter, more
transparent, with its opacity changed.
So, possible simple steps to do this :
(1) Copy the area you want to reflect/mirror
to a new seperate image. I call this "Area of
interest".
(2) Copy this seperate image and then flip it
upside down (use Image Flip command). This image
I call "Reflection".
(3) Use the Reflection image. Lower it's opacity.
This is under the Layers Menu. As you lower the
opacity, it becomes more transparent.
(4) Place these two images, the "Area of Interest"
one and the "Reflection" one together onto a new
image.
Below is a link where this "reflection idea" is
spelled out, step by step. Though it deals with
text, you cna do the same thing with any object(s).

The next link shows a similar way to use this
as a fake mirror.

A great idea is for you to explore the psp link
I gave you earlier, there are many helpful image
effect tutorials there. Or, you could do a google
search on what you're after. Such as "Paint Shop
Pro Image Effects Tutorials". Do take advantage
of the hundreds of free tutorials on the web to
learn and grow with.
I hope this helps you -- Ken

By the way, Pain Shop Pro is also very good at reducing the size of images!
