Hi, i have just started to do some graphics work for a friend. i have designed her a logo. which she likes very much, but, when i sent it via email. she said she printed it out and said it went all grainy.
on my pc it was fine. I am a real amateur. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I MIGHT BE GOING WRONG.
have been told i am not exporting the completed graphic proper. hav designed the logo adobe imagestyler.
also what formats should i send a completed logo in.

when exporting... do not optimize for web...
to be safe, export in .tif format at 300dpi for offset printing.

.tiff or .eps for file format for print.
cmyk mode
that should do it.
