Don't worry, the list of 'What's new' refers to last year's update. What's in this update has not yet been announced.
Just a note of caution.
I just web searched "Xara 19.0.1.65946 update" and uncovered a host of malicious, hacking websites that purport to offer the latest Magix and Xara Plus versions, as portable and free of charge.
