Help needed on background transparencies again..sorry
My issue seems to arise when trying to export an image in jpeg, or png files while making the drawing true, or true+alpha color.
I don't have any problems making a transparent background with a lesser color selection. However I don't get a soft clean look to my feathering when I use the lesser selection.
Would someone be so kind to tell me how I can keep the integrity of the drawing and still have a transparent background?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Jen

If you want transparent background you will have to use png or gif. JPG doesn't have an alpha channel.
I used the background color of the talkgraphics page to make it appear transparent, even though it isn't.
Export the PNG in true+alpha
PNG on left GIF on right

If you want a true transparent image, set the page colour to the same colour as the image is going to be displayed against. Draw a rectangle surounding all the items in the image. Set fill colour to none and line colour to non. Check it's in whole pixel dimensions. Go to wireframe, and drag select over all the shapes in the drawing including the rectangle. Export with alpha. If you save the image below you will see it's a true transparent image.
Fun drawing by the way!
