Text that changes each time you visit a page

Any pointers how to implement a text field that changes each time you visit the page.

E.g we have a section of the page given over to testimonials and would like a featured one to change each time the page is redrawn.

No Idea how to do it. Probably some form of scripting is needed....

Check out the widgets and if you cannot find a module there, then look at Google gadgets or just do a search for a java script that you can add to a placeholder. You might look under a heading such as "rotating banners."
