Menumaker and Menu Listing URLs

I am using Frontpage 2003.

When creating a menu listing and adding URL to items on list....if I go to add the url, I do browse and find file it will use the directory as part of the url i.e., Contact Page = c:\desktop\contactpage.htm.

Would I instead us the domainname\contactpage.htm instead so when I upload the links would work.

Its confusing as everything works in frontpage but when I upload links don't work and I am confused as to what I need to put in URL box. The tutorial doesn't really tell you that. I am tired and need sleep but this has been a headache.

Can please explain this url section.
