Love your cat and that's beautiful pool/garden.

Are our images suppose to go in this thread instead of us making new threads? Sorry if I was doing it wrong.

Nancy you can post your images in a new thread. The Stop & Post thread is like a gathering place to show works in progress as well as something complete if you like.

We have had times when very few posts were being made. The Stop & Post was started to encourage people to share even none finished pieces of art if they pleased. It has become a tradition on the forums and a featured link in the Xara Outsider.

Well, this one belongs in here because it's still a work in progress (WIP). I made an eye, which I've attached here. You can play with it and use it if you wish. I don't think the eye is good for my drawing though, as the eye should be more of a side view. I still like my eye as it's my very first one.

If anyone wants to suggest an eye or create one share, that would be cool.

    Burpee,

You're coming along nicely with your drago-rhino-gator beastie. I'm not quite sure of the angle of the head, but shouldn't we see a bit of a bulge from the creature's other eye lid/socket? It appears to me to be a bit like a Cyclops. It's just a suggestion. (Not to influence you, but here's what I'm referring to on the cover of 'Dragon Rider' by Cornelia Funke.

I like where you're going with this,

Hi, I know what you mean but this is a side view. It's how the crack design was on my floor, that's why it's a bit off. The eye is even there in the random design...weird, huh?

I think the eye should look more like below. Perhaps I should change it or maybe I'll just keep the 'off' look to it. I made a bug holding a shamrock and stood it on the horn and also made a dragon neck and put a background behind it. None of that worked so I have to redraw.
